FoodExpress is a comprehensive food delivery platform designed to connect restaurants, customers, and delivery drivers through an intuitive mobile experience. Our team developed the entire ecosystem, including the customer app, restaurant management portal, and driver app. We focused on creating a seamless experience for all stakeholders while implementing advanced features such as real-time tracking, optimized routing, and comprehensive analytics.

Urban Food Technologies needed a comprehensive food delivery platform to compete in the growing on-demand food delivery market. They required a solution that could connect restaurants, customers, and delivery drivers through an intuitive mobile experience. The platform needed to handle real-time order tracking, efficient driver assignment, secure payment processing, and provide analytics for business optimization. Additionally, it needed to support operations across multiple cities with varying delivery zones and restaurant partnerships.

We began with extensive market research and user experience design to ensure the platform would meet the needs of all stakeholders - customers, restaurants, and delivery drivers. Our team designed a scalable architecture using Firebase for real-time features and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development. We implemented a phased development approach, prioritizing core features for initial launch while planning for future enhancements.
